When Placer County called me on my birthday, the 12th day of November, 2014 and asked if I would handle the my mothers estate. I was unaware that my mother died Christmas Day 2013. I was made aware, along with my brother and my two twin step-sisters, we were all disinherited by the Will. Being raised knowing the difference between right and wrong….I agree to handle the estate. Step-by-step the Probate process evolved, I did my research as well, we exchanged and compared directions during its course. I was approved by the courts and in its predetermined time the estate finalized, with all four of us being part of the estate disbursement.
