I have written part of an improved second book on California probate but I don’t think I am ever going to finish it. So I have decided to start releasing sections here on my blog. Here’s the bio of me the author:

John has completed over 1,000 California probate cases during his time in practice and his personal practice is currently 100% focused on conducting California probate estates, after death, in probate courts throughout California. His work is strictly limited to California probate cases, ancillary probate cases and trust cases that need to go to probate court. He is extremely focused on this limited area of law and personally handles no other legal work.
